My husband and I would like to tell you how happy we are with the home we bought in 1989 that was built by you and your craftsmen. We'd heard good things about your work from other contractors and realtors in the area. However, when we saw our house for the first time, we were still overwhelmed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. We marveled at the numerous, minute details that had not been overlooked.
We hired Hogan Homes to renovate our lake home. It was not an ordinary renovation, inasmuch as the whole house had to be lifted three courses, install a staircase, reconnect all the plumbing and electric (that had also been severed as the house was lifted), create two new bedrooms, family room and bathroom…and make the whole house look like it was originally built that way. Not an easy task. Oh…and he did it through the beginning throes of Covid. Ben was amazing to work with. Confident, honest, fair and trustworthy. All the attributes you’d want when selecting a contractor. I would not only recommend Hogan Homes, but I would use them again without hesitancy.
