Dear Mr. Hogan,
My husband and I would like to tell you how happy we are with the home we bought in 1989 that was built by you and your craftsmen. We'd heard good things about your work from other contractors and realtors in the area. However, when we saw our house for the first time, we were still overwhelmed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. We marveled at the numerous, minute details that had not been overlooked.

As we've lived here the past two years, we have, time and again, realized what a fantastic job you did here. Through many wet seasons, our basement has remained totally dry! I don't know many people who can make that claim. The basement is where you can see the time and effort the electricians and plumbers put in to do such beautiful work. It's almost artistic. Your craftsmen are true artisans. We have seen many newly constructed houses, but none as solidly built and as beautifully crafted as our home. Anyone can see that you have set high standards of workmanship. We get many compliments on our home and we're proud to say T.C. Hogan was our builder. Thanks again for building our "American dream."

Dear Tom,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the beautiful house you built for Teddy and me. As you know, this was our first home and I'm sure you are aware of how "unnerving" the whole experience can be. I can most earnestly say that not only did you build us a handsome, sturdy house, but you were most cooperative in making sure that all the "little jobs" after the house was built were taken care of. You'll never know how much that meant to me.

A "special thanks" to Mike for his untiring effort to satisfy all my requests. His patience and efficiency was most commendable. I also found all your workmen to be most courteous and professional when performing all their individual tasks. You can be assured that whenever I speak about our home to people, I sing glorious praises about you and your outstanding workmanship and genuine concern to do a job "right".
